The Eldex Hydrolysis/Derivatization WorkStation provides a convenient and easy to use system for the hydrolysis and derivatization of samples prior to amino acid composition analysis.
Convenient Hydrolysis and Derivatization
The WorkStation provides all the functions for sample hydrolysis.  Vacuum and nitrogen ports are easily accessed from the front panel.  Reaction vial assemblies can accommodate up to 12 sample tubes simultaneously.  A Dewar flask and cold finger are provided to prevent contamination.  The integral heater, capable of temperatures up to 150ºC, provides stable temperature control for up to 4 reaction vial assemblies.
