We do not offer on-site service. Our H/D workstation instrument has existed for 30+ years, so much literature is available. Please see our user guide, which details the customer setup procedure and required equipment (including vacuum pump and nitrogen source). There is little/no calibration or maintenance needed on-site over time, so you should get years of trouble-free operation.
